Personal lesson from me, If I had to do it all over again? I'd start here...

Hi Isyaias,

I hope that your week is off to a good start :-)

I just wanted to touch base with you and share
a lesson I've had to learn the hard way and give
you some insight so you don't make the same mistakes.

You see, the online marketing niche is a confusing
place especially for those just getting started and
even for those that have been at it for a little while
too.

If I had to do it all over again, there's some things
I would have done differently and this means the difference
between succeeding now and wether your business will make
it.

...Now, there is one principle that I follow, I call it
the W+P+C+T+L=$ formula which stands for website, product,
content, traffic, list = $$$. These are VERY important elements
to your business, but yet the most simplest ones that will
determine your success.

You already know in order to succeed you have to have all
these factors involved, they all work around each other once
you have set up your funnel to lead each step back to the
other like clockwork.

So it all boils down to one thing... In order to make money
you have to sell something, but not just anything, something
that your market is already looking for, that's where the
researching part comes in, this is the first step to determine
wether your business will be profitable.

Once you CAREFULLY choose this step, the next thing you need
is traffic. Traffic is good, but it's not good unless you
utilize and monetize this traffic to work for you. They are
a lot of free ways to get traffic and paid ways to get traffic,
you have to find which one work for you.

Me personally, I use both. I'll either setup a text link ad,
or create free traffic using articles, blogging, and email
joint venture adswaps where we both agree to sendout a email
to each others list and build each others subscribers quickly.

Here's the model I use to monetize my traffic. You NEED to
have a squeeze page, no way around it. Because this is how
you get people onto your list and into your sales funnel and
you keep their email address instead of sending traffic direct
to a affiliate page, because guess what, whatever your promoting
the owner get's to keep your customer.

I laid out a model for you to follow that WORKS! Ask any expert
and they'll tell you they use similiar systems. It's not hard
to setup, you just have to actually set it up. That was one of
my biggest setbacks at the time, procrastinating too much.

Step #1 - Find your niche, what people are looking for.

Step #2 - Create a squeeze page to get your offer infront of them.

Step #3 - Drive paid traffic or free traffic to that squeeze page.

Step #4 - Setup a One Time Offer aka OTO so that after they subscribe,
          They have a chance to take you up on one of your offers instant.
          You don't have to have a OTO after subscribe, that's just a way
          to maximize your profits and offset your advertising. So your
          getting paid to build your list.

Step #5 - Leverage your traffic and list and find joint venture partners
          You can do email adswaps with to drive more traffic and build
          your list faster, it's not unusual for me to add 2300+ new email
          subscribers a month, it takes time, but once you get it downpact,
          it's like a snowball going down a hill, it gets bigger and bigger
          and the momentum increase, and it will become a routine your used
          to.

Step #6 - Automate this process so that you have a CONSTANT stream of traffic
          going to your squeeze pages, the more squeeze pages, the more conversion
          you will get and more subscribers you'll keep. This is a simple 1 - 3
          page setup. You have your 1st page with your offer, your 2nd page with
          your One Time Offer if you choose, and your Thank You page, that's it.

Step #7 - Create your backend emails in your autoresponder so that your building
          value and trust with your subscribers. People only buy from people they
          know, like and trust, your goal is to get them to see that you are a
          person they can get to know, respect and trust.

Step #8 - Scale up this system to run on autopilot, your aim is to build your
          subscribers list first, always add new subscribers everyday to your
          list. You would think you need a HUGE list to really make money. That's
          NOT the case, you need a responsive list to make money. Some marketers
          That has email list of about 1,000 subscribers can even outperform a list
          of 10,000 subscribers, I've seen this happen many times.

Step #9   Continue to drive traffic, if there is no traffic, there is no subscribers
          and there is no money. You have to get creative on driving traffic and not
          just from one source, you need atleast 10+ to keep it running, unless you
          have the money to spend with paid advertising then you can set a certain
          budget and certain amount of traffic.

Step #10 Repeat this process, as you start to build your list, more doors will open
         for you, other marketers will want to do joint ventures, or product launches
         with them because you have something most marketers procrastinate to build,
         your LIST. And it's MUCH easier for you to create products and streamline
         This system when you have your own list.

So, in a nutshell...

Research ---> Traffic ---> Squeeze Page ---> One Time Offer ---> Thank You Page --->
Autoresponder sequence ---> Back-end recommendations ---> Email adswaps ---> More
traffic = $$$... The bottomline.

Rinse and repeat these steps with more than one website and more than one traffic
source to continue building your list, everything else can be put on the back-burner,
it's list first, and look at it this way, you are getting paid to build your list one
time, so it's definitey worth it.

Build your list RIGHT and your list will take care of you ;-)
