As I said, I also want to tell you about an affiliate
strategy I'm currently using that's making around
$1000 per week on autopilot...
You may know about this already, but if not, it's
certainly something you should consider pursuing.
How did I do it?
...I'll tell you... and so I don't make this email too
long, I'm just going to run through this in point
form with some tips underneath each point that'll
help you out.
Here we go...
1. I went to Clickbank, and found a product that is
both a proven seller and pays between $98 and $100
commission depending on Clickbank fees.
(TIP: Make sure the product has a 'gravity' above
80, a low refund rate and pays a commission of
between $60 & $100)
2. I created a webpage that pre-sells the product but
instead of simply recommending it, I created a HUGE
(and highly relevant) bonus.
(TIP: The bonus has gotta' be HUGE or this won't work.)
3. In the pre-sell I explain to the potential buyer that
they'll undoubtedly fail with this particular product
unless they use it in accordance with the bonus I'm
offering. I then prove it showing my own results using
screenshots.
4. I then set-up a new Adwords campaign bidding only
on very tight keyword variations for the exact product
name/brand. For instance, if I was promoting Frank Kerns
'Mass Control' course, I would only bid on keyword
phrases such as:
Mass Control
Buy Mass Control
Frank Kerns Mass Control
...and so forth.
(TIP: Remember to also use 'broad', 'phrase' and
'exact' match types within Adwords.)
5. I made my bids high enough to grab the number #1
Ad spot and get exceptionally high CTR's. I also
edited the campaign settings and selected a 'position
preference' of 1 to make doubly sure I'll be right
at the top.
6. After initially sucking up a rather terrifying
CPC (cost per click) of around $4.50, (it's a very
competitive product) I'm slowly lowering my bids each
day whilst maintaining a very high CTR.
7. Visitors then buy the product, send me the receipt
by email and after I've confirmed their order I then
email them a link to claim the bonus.
8. From this link, I send them directly to an
page where they must enter in their name and contact
details to claim the bonus.
9. At this stage, they'll obviously be on my list
and I then send out a short auto-responder series
selling other stuff relating to the same niche from
which they originally bought, thus increasing my
overall profits.
(TIP: Do some research and send out two interesting
and informative emails on the niche before selling
anything else. Obviously the better your bonus is,
the more respect they'll have for you and the higher
your backend sales will be.)
So far, for this particular campaign I have achieved
the following results over a 2 week period:
Clicks: 398
Average Cost Per Click: $1.67 (and getting lower)
Sales: 26 x $100 = $2600
Net profit: $1935.34
Conversion rate: 6.5%
Pretty darn good especially for a $150 + product!
Just one last thing... let me ask you this:

Over the last few days I have spoken at length about

When your able to launch a site that address each issues

Michael Phelps and Your Business
What does Michael Phelps have to do with the failure or success of your business?
Last night (Sunday November 30, 2008) I was watching "60 minutes" (CBS) piece on Michael Phelps ... it was a good story, but something which grabbed my ears and would not let go of my entrepreneurial mind was when Anderson Cooper (The interviewer) asked Michael Phelps coach Bob Bowman what he believes is one of the biggest contributing factors which caused Michael to win.
What's happening is a just reward for a guy who's been training non-stop since age 11. His teenage years were spent swimming lap after lap, thousands of hours staring at a black line on the bottom of a pool.
"For about five years he did not take one day off," explained Phelps' coach Bob Bowman.
Bowman said Phelps even trained on Christmas Day and on his birthdays.
"How do you do that every day?" Cooper asked.
"To be honest, it's not wanting to lose, wanting to do something no one's ever done before. That's what got me out of bed every day," Phelps explained.
The workouts were so intense, Bowman became known as the mad scientist. The toughest workouts, he said, were swimming 10,000 meters for time, which takes about two and a half hours.
"Two and a half hours of full-out racing?" Cooper asked.
"Just swim as hard as you can for two and a half hours," Bowman explained.

Smart Web Construction & The Right Domain

Several days ago I spoke about helping people out ...
Today I want to talk about those keywords, they are
the backbone of any marketing campaign and what I
call "smart site construction".
The goal is always traffic, but more than that we want
very targeted traffic from folks searching the major
search engines.
Each new site I launch starts with extensive keyword
and niche marketing research. The goal is to find a
grouping of keyword phrases that are commerical.
Either based on a product or a service. If you
remember I have created a f.ree video and have listed
many F.ree keyword tools here:

I first like to search for a two or three word phrase
that has at least ten daily searches (free wordtracker tool).
Furthermore the phrase shuld also have a fair amount of
advisters compitition and an bid estimate above
50 cents.
Keyword phrases that meet this criteria are profitable niches
to be in and are making folks money.
Step two is to find out if the search term is available
as a domain name.
I only buy the following extensions:
.com
.net
.org
.info
.us
.biz
I try to b.uy domains as listed above, the first choice being
the .com, second choice being .net ... ect
I also never b.uy domain names with hyphens ...
Ever see a large company online with a hyphenated domain name?
Google.com
Yahoo.com
Buy.com
BestBuy.com
Cj.com
BuyCostumes.com
ect ...
No - so with that I stay away from hyphenated domains.
* Note if you already have a hyphenated domain it is not
an issue. Their are many factors which make up rankings.
This is simply recommended advice when buying a *new*
domain name.
If I can find a domain name that meets all the above factors
I pick up the domain name and start the process of launching
a mini site based on the domain name "phrase".
Below I have outlined some keyword phrases that
will meet all the criteria listed on this page, if your
able to find a domain name based on one of these keyword phrases
you could stand to make some nice money during the spring
and summer months!
- electric lawn mower - 189 Daily Searches
- lawn mower parts - 520 Daily Searches
- mulching lawn mower - 87 Daily Searches
- commercial lawn mower - 54 Daily Searches
- lawn mower blades - 178 Daily Searches
- riding lawn mowers - 267 Daily Searches
- used lawn mower - 72 Daily Searches
- robotic lawn mower - 20 Daily Searches
Note this data was gathered in October, if you
check these results on the f.ree wordtracker tool
in Febuary expect very different results.
As you can see there are lots of searches for
lawn mower related prod.ucts, I am sure we could further
analize the above results to find the perfect
search term to target.
I several days we will continue to "digg" for that
perfect term to base a m.oney making niche website

I try to b.uy domains as listed above, the first choice being
the .com, second choice being .net ... ect
I also never b.uy domain names with hyphens ...
Ever see a large company online with a hyphenated domain name?
Google.com
Yahoo.com
Buy.com
BestBuy.com
Cj.com
BuyCostumes.com
ect ...
No - so with that I stay away from hyphenated domains.
* Note if you already have a hyphenated domain it is not
an issue. Their are many factors which make up rankings.
This is simply recommended advice when buying a *new*
domain name.
If I can find a domain name that meets all the above factors
I pick up the domain name and start the process of launching
a mini site based on the domain name "phrase".

you could stand to make some nice money during the spring

As you can see there are lots of searches for
lawn mower related prod.ucts, I am sure we could further
analize the above results to find the perfect
search term to target.

Personal Story & Special Traffic
Hi Isyaias,
Let me tell you a true but amazing story....read on...
It is that time of year when we reflect on the
blessing in each of our lives.
It would seem that chicken little has been
screaming the sky is falling - the sky is falling
so long that it has become a self fulfilling prophecy.
While you can certainly join these naysayers
or glass is half empty
Or...you can look for the opportunity that
lays right in front of each and everyone of us.
Over eight years ago I sold my business, my home, and
moved my family some 1500 miles
I had no job, no money to speak of, we knew one person
in the area,we had put $5000 down on some land, with just a steel
shed I had built for a workshop..but we had a dream...
My younger son was a freshman in high school and we
did not want to tell him the name of his new school
was Hellgate............To say he was a unhappy
camper would be a understatement......He thought he was
at Hell's Gate.....
But we were campers because of forest fires we could
not have elec or phone for over 2 months and of course
no electricity meant no running water - except the kind
we ran to the neighbors for.
Our first thanksgiving here in Montana I remember well,
as the local salvation army had paid for the charges on
a semi trailer packed to the brim with all of our possessions.
We would finally get our "stuff" after 3 months.
The kitchen stove was one of the first things I got unloaded
and hooked up - we had a great thanksgiving feast - I had
found a job and things were starting to look up.
We got running water about a month later shortly after
Christmas - finally a hot shower at home - instead of the
30 mile drive to the local truck stop..... That made
the wife happy!
Here we are eight years later - I have been running
my internet business full time for over 4 years now.
My son who was that freshman in Hellgate High School
graduated honors and was given a full ride scholarship
to Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston (MIT)
Where he is now a senior and one of their top lab guys...
I built a house on our land for my wife's elderly folks
and moved them out here 4 years ago, where we can be there
to help them daily. Sure most would say I was crazy
to move my wife's folks here- just a stones throw away -
but I count it as a blessing to help them in their times
of need.
My point is that no matter your situation - you live

A Good Way to Stop Email Spammers

One thing you will discover as soon as you create a website is that the
spambots will soon arrive to scrape any email links you have on any
page.
These will then be used for email spamming giving you a bad name in the
process.Trust me on this. It will happen as sure as night follows day.
So what can you do about it?
The first thing is to get rid of any email links on your site but you
still needs some way for visitors to contact you.
If you use Wordpress a good idea is to use a contact form plugin which
has some sort of captcha code.
There are plenty of free contact form plugins that are easy to install
and they usually work well.
If you have a static site made up of linked html pages you can also add
a contact form but this could involve using a script which can be tricky
to install for newbies.
The most professional solution, if you have a sales page and want
customers to be able to contact you, is a help desk where they can
submit a ticket for any problems that might occur.
But why have a help desk instead of a simple contact form?
Here's why...
Let's suppose you had some products you were selling online. Every day
you check your email to see new sales and also new support questions
(which is a fact of life for any business).
Reading the questions, and you find that they're the same questions
