As Simple As It May Sound

When you first get started online, you read a lot of info
about how to make money online. I know I did. But I didn't
feel like what I read had a direct impact on what I was
going to be able to do to make money. Either the
information was a little vague--find a product, or make a
product (what do you make or find when you are just getting
started, right?), and then advertise it. Just drive traffic
to your site.

So I did just that. I wrote a book. I sent traffic to my
site. All kinds of traffic--most worthless, some good. But I
didn't make much money. I tracked the traffic, I tested it,
I tested response rates--and I hung in there far longer than
I think that the average person that wants to make money
online does.

Then I discovered affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing
is where you simply promote another person's product and
they pay you a commission. Of course I studied that too,
and saw that there are cons to affiliate marketing.
Sometimes you don't get paid your commissions. And you
don't have as much control over your sales page as with
your own site.

But, I looked at the pros, too. These affiliate products
already have sales pages (boy, my first sales page was a
disaster), they have been tested to convert, and you don't
have to do any of the backend work like customer service
and deal with PayPal or credit cards.

So I decided to test several different affiliate programs,
sending them all traffic, and seeing which ones converted
and sold and then paid me. And I am making money with
affiliate programs. Case closed.

So how do I do it?

1) I set up a website that offers a free ebook (which is
loaded with affiliate links) and an Ecourse that is mailed
everyday. On the web site I put a web form that collects
the visitors name and email address and sends it to my
autoresponder (step 2).

2) I set up an autoresponder and wrote a series of letters
that teaches people how to make money online-in plain
English, and simply, easy-to-follow steps.

3) In the letters I recommend a series of products that
will help them learn the skills to become successful
online.

4) When my subscribers purchase products from my ebook or
my series of Ecourse lessons, I receive a commission.

5) I write articles just like this one, post them on sites
just like the one you are reading this from, and watch the
traffic come in.

As simple as it may sound, that is precisely what I do. I
know that you can duplicate what I do, and if you do, you
will make money.

Just Got In a Car Accident

I was driving up the road and
slide on a patch of black ice

my camaro slide around on the
road, then went into a 4 foot
ditch and I hit a trash can...

then I shot out of the ditch
and went flying across the
road

and I couldn't see because
my front window was covered
with 'ditch snow'

I'm actually really thankful
that I was able to walk out
of my car without a scratch
and my car was drive-able

I got really lucky there was
no cars to hit... considering
it's a somewhat busy road

I sure am grateful that I can
email you today instead of
sitting in a hospital...

it makes me realize how lucky
I am and how thankful I am
that I can be here to help
you go for your dreams

we only have one life, why not
step outside our comfort zone
and build the life of your dreams!

How Do You Create And Monitor Profit Online

When I read online about internet marketing (even some of
what I write), I wonder if we haven't forgotten about
    profit.

Internet marketing seems to be consumed with list building,
header and footer graphics, and Adsense revenue. But do any
of those fancy techniques and pretty schemes really mean
    anything without profit?

I mean profit for the internet marketer. You see, beauty is
fine for the internet hobbyist, or the internet MySpacer,
but the internet marketer is in this for the money.

So how do you create and monitor profit online?

    To create profit:

    1) You must know your costs. Do you know what a visitor
costs you? Do you know what a subscriber costs you? Do you
know what a sale costs you? No matter how much money you
make on the sale, if you spend more than you earn, you are
not in profit, and, I daresay, unlikely to stay in internet
marketing for long, if you do not adjust.

    2) You must know the exact value of every visitor,
subscriber, and long-term customer. You cannot understand
and calculate profit if you do not know your revenue, and
just like cost, that revenue must be calculated on a per
action basis, with the same metric as costs.

    3) You must minimize spending and cost opportunities and
maximize revenue opportunities. You must eliminate losing
campaigns, and the only way to do that is to know where the
    losses occur.

    To monitor profit:

1 and only) You must track everything you do. You must
track every visitor, every subscriber, and every sale. You
must know the traffic origination, the initial conversion
opportunity, and the sales funnel position of every revenue
    dollar.

    Measure Everything

Internet marketing is what we call in business school, an
easy-entry business. Anybody can do it, with less than 100
    dollars.

The problem with easy-entry businesses is that because
everyone can get it, most people fail.

People don't think before they make decisions. In their
head somewhere, they feel that just because they have only
invested 100, that the returns on the business are low. And
they somehow manage to match their expectations.

If they do make a few hundred dollars, they manage to take
it all and buy a few nice dinners, to compensate themselves
    for their time.

The serious internet marketer, on the other hand, will
think himself grateful to be able to go into business for
himself for less than 100 dollars, and reinvest every
    dollar that comes in.

The most expensive part of getting started online is
    traffic generation.

Traffic generation is either expensive in time, or
expensive in money. But it has to be spent.

So how do you make the campaign profitable? There is only
    one way: measure everything.

Just like running a science or economics experiment, every
input must be measured, every output must be measured.

The outputs on every campaign must be greater than the
inputs on those very campaigns. There is no other way about
it. Anything else is gamble. You must remember, you are
building a business, not managing a night out in Vegas.

You must measure every dollar you spend in terms of the
visitor, subscriber or sale made, and you must do the same
thing for revenue. In every match, in every campaign, the
revenues must exceed the costs. You cannot cheat here.

    Measure everything.

3 Unique And Simple Ways To Earn Money Online

    Hi Isyaias.

    This is Shawna...

I've got an awesome Monday Feebie for you...

    It's a cool article titled:
"3 Unique And Simple Ways To Earn Money Online"

    Here you go...

Can you really earn money online? Of course you can and
there are many people who are doing it every day. If you
want to make money online too, then follow these simple
    ways and you'll see results.

#1 - One of the easiest and quickest ways to earn money
online is with affiliate marketing. This is where you
get paid a percentage of every sale for selling product
that has been created by some else.

The best part about affiliate marketing is that you can
get started for free. You don't need your own product or
    website.

All you have to do is advertise the products you choose
and then collect the paychecks. You don't need to worry
    about customer service or delivery.

To find hundreds of affiliate product to earn money
    online with use: "clickbank.com/marketplace.htm"

#2 - Another easy way to earn money online is to start
your own blog. Again, getting started is pretty easy
and you can set up a blog for free at "blogger.com".

What you want to do is find a niche to build your
blog around. Some of the best niches to get involved
in are "dieting", "health", "debt relief", "make money"
    etc.

Once you decide on your blog topic, you will earn money
online in a variety ways. You could place "Google AdSense"
on your blog so each time someone visits your blog for
information, they will see the ads for various products
    and click on them.

You get paid a small percentage from Google for each
click that is made from your blog.

For more information on Google AdSense just check out
    "google.com".

#3 - Another way to earn money online with your blog is
to sell targeted advertising space to others. No matter
what topic or niche your blog is in, if you are getting a
good amount of traffic, you can profit from it by selling
    ad spots
    .

There are thousands of businesses and people looking for
affordable and respectable advertising sites and if you
offer them a solid and inexpensive way to get the word
out about their products and services, you can make a
    real nice income for yourself.

If you're looking to really earn money online, then use
any and all of the above and watch your profits grow.

    To your online success,
    Shawna Boor

P.S. Tomorrow I'll be sending another awesome article
for you, so look out for it :-)

    Business Building Tips for Entrepreneurs

Did you know...the average adult spends up to 3 hours a day more on the Internet than they spend watching television. About 70% of the U.S. population regularly use the Internet. Over 1 billion people in the world are online. And, this is a vast chunk of your market! These are your customers! But only if you have a website that draws them in.

I'd be willing to bet you already have a website up and running. And, that's great! But, have you taken that website to the next level? Far too many companies throw a couple webpages together, put them online, and call it good. However, sites that only include basic information are not much better than having brochures.

Here are some ideas for making your website powerful:

    • Include pictures and descriptions of your products (with a dynamic website, your visitors should be able to click through your products to find what they are
      interested in)
    • Display interesting facts and statistics
    • Include high interest stories (celebrity or newsworthy stories will quickly draw readers to your site)
    • Include customer testimonials
    • Produce blogs, forums, or user communities

Most viewers will give you about ten seconds to decide if your site is worth visiting. If you have interesting content and graphics, they'll give you a little more time. However, if you haven't used your space on the Internet to capture and retain their attention, the next thing you know, the person is gone.

Your website should attract viewers, and ultimately provide you with additional leads.

The #1 Secret to Passive Income

    Yo, Yo, Yo my friend!

If you don't have at least $4K/mo in PASSIVE
income coming in EVERY month like clockwork...

    -----------------
Read EVERY word in this email!
    -----------------

This is the missing link revealed!

    Here ya go...

If you are anything like me,
you most likely started an online
business so you can have more free
time to do the things you really
    want to...

For me... I love to travel, be with
my family, train for and race in
    triathlons.

The only way I can do all this
is by having PASSIVE online income.

I do the work once and I get paid
for weeks, months and even years
    to come.

    There's two things you need
    to generate passive income.

    #1. A profitable offer.

#2. Consistent "passive" traffic to this offer.

    #1 + #2 = PASSIVE $$$$$

    That's it!

See, most people get stuck after #1.
They have a profitable offer. This part is easy.

There's literally HUNDREDS of profitable offers
out there that can be plugged into right now.
Just find a top performing product at ClickBank,
a high paying CPA offer at an affiliate network
or join a network marketing company.

    The "profitable offers" are everywhere.

Perhaps you are a member of a network
marketing company right now or have chosen
    a clickbank offer you like.

    That's the easy part!

It's time to take the next step!

Time to get in the game!

Anyone can join a business opportunity
or pick an offer to start marketing.

The real winners online take the next step
and develop the skill sets they require to
successfully drive traffic to these offers.

Now, here's the BIG secret to passive income...

You must learn how to and become proficient
at driving traffic to this offer PASSIVELY.

Here's exactly how I do this...

    ARTICLE MARKETING

    I have writers pumping out
    dosens of articles EVERY week.

I then have a team of assistants
    that submit these articles
    to the top articles directories.

My team then posts this new content
to my blogs and they also comment on
other relevant blogs and link back to our
    websites.

    The end result...

    On going, PASSIVE, highly targetted
    traffic to my offer!

And the best part - after this intital
work, I receive this on going passive
    traffic for YEARS.

I don't do any of the grunt work. My team does.

I simply give my writers the keywords I want to
target and the offer I wish to promote.

    They do the rest.

Now, I haven't always done article marketing.

I got my start online doing large amounts of
email marketing and I still do to this day.

But heres's the thing... email marketing is great
for quick big hits of traffic.

But then I have to go and pay my broker again
and again if I want the traffic.

With article marketing... My team does the
work once and I benefit for months and years to come.

Plus, here's the biggest PLUS about using article
    marketing to generate passive income...

It costs $0 if you do it yourself.

    Yes, zip, zero, zilch.

It costs you nothing to write an article and
submit it to directories and build up link juice
    for the search engines.

So, if your absolutely on a bare bones budget.
    This will work for you.

But here's why I got so excited about article marketing...

I can HIRE someone to write an article for just
$5 to $10, then another $5 to $10 to have it submitted
to hundreds of websites, blogged and really juiced up for
    the search engines.

    I outsource the entire process.

So, no matter what budget you are starting with, you
can use this traffic strategy to start building passive
    income.

Here's an example of the kind of PASSIVE income you
    can generate using this strategy.

    I experience ON AVERAGE,
about 1 sale per article, per month.

I market a lot of different products
and services but for example sake, let's
    say $20 per sale.

I have writers working around the clock.

I mean come on... how many times
would you spend $5 to make $20/mo...

This is a no brainer. AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE!

This is why I have 50 articles PER WEEK being written
and submitted to the search engines by my team.

So, based on the above numbers that's an additional
$1,000 PER WEEK you can add to your business if you
    follow the same plan.

I didn't start out having 50 articles per week written for me.

    It all starts with one.

Then 5 per week, then 10, then 20,
then you can really ramp it up.

Re-invest your profits as you go
    and grow faster and faster.

But it all starts with that first article.

If you truly want to learn how to build PASSIVE
income online, get the "article marketing" skill set now.

    Take care,

    -David Parnell

If You Want to Start Making Money Fast

There is so much information online about creating your own
business online and that information can become
overwhelming. One of my readers recently commented to me
that the online market seemed truly overwhelming. I think
many newbies feel the same way. You read one manual and you
hear one way to do something, and then you read another and
there are 25 different additional ways to get started.

But the bottom line is that you need a web site, an email
list, and something to promote and you are in business
online. Look, if you want to follow a 200 step process to
    get going, go ahead.

But if you want to start making money fast, follow this 300
    word guide.

    Do this:

    1) Decide on a niche. Anything that you know more about
    than everyone else.

    2) Find a web host and get a domain name.

    3) Get an autoresponder account. Take the opt in script
from the autoresponder company and put it on a web page.

    4) Advertise the web page (if it only has a headline, a few
benefit points, and an opt in box, it is a squeeze page)
everywhere you can. Read some of my articles on traffic
    generation.

    5) Send your new subscribers useful information. They
should eagerly look forward to your emails everyday.

    6) Direct your subscribers to quality products, either your
    own creations, or others.

    Did you crush it yet

    Hi Isyaias,

I'm going out on a limb here for you, and I'm
putting my entire reputation on this one. The
other day I sent you a email about an incredible
way to Crush your Job and build a real business.

    http://eca.sh/CJ9

Well, I must say out of all the $5 ebooks I've
ever read and implemented, this one is by far
the BEST one. I could honestly see it going for
about $47 but you can get your own copy for way
    less than that.

I've been getting a TON of good feedback on it,
and so much people already starting to put into
effect exactly what it teaches and are already
on the way to crushing their day job.

Are you next Isyaias? Don't let 2010 slip
away from you, grab your own blueprint right now,
this is the last time it will be mentioned through
    email.

Talk to you later this week ;)

    Know Where You are Going

There are many self-employed workers who have businesses
that own THEM. Think of the Mom & Pop stores that chew up
12 hours a day, 7 days a week for these people. They live
their whole lives behind a counter or stocking shelves,
while life passes them by. Some can afford a so-called
'two weak' vacation, but after it's over, it's back to the
daily grind. Can you picture yourself in the same
situation, if you keep going the way you are going now?

There is a difference between seeing and vision. Some
people can only see what's in front of them. They can't
envision a different picture of themselves, doing things in
a different way. Don't allow yourself to set up a business
that ends up owning YOU. Take the time to evaluate what you
are doing now, and how you can grow yourself out of working
for your business like just another employee. There may be
some nobility in the motto 'Everybody works here', but
nobody will care if you extract yourself from the daily
    chores.

A regular review of your business will also help you to set
the next goal or create the next mission for you to
accomplish. Avoid becoming so comfortable with your current
model of doing business that if a shake-up occurs, you'll
find yourself without a plan or escape route. No business
is immune from outside forces that can abruptly change
things for the worse. If you're mentally prepared to set
new goals and are open to new ways to do business, your
mind will be better prepared to act quickly, in case of
    emergency.

Whether you use automation, employees, outsourcing or
Virtual Assistants to take some (or all) of the workload
you presently do off your shoulders, prepare yourself for
giving up some control. Most entrepreneurs have a real
problem with letting go of the things they built
themselves. Guess what? The chores, duties and repetitive
work your business requires actually take away from your
ability to work ON your business. Don't fall into the trap
of letting the urgent crowd out the important. Delegate
work to people who are paid to deal with time-consuming
tasks that need to be done - just not by you.

You may also need to decide if 'drilling down' deeper into
your niche or drilling a new one altogether is the way to
go. Only you will be able to determine if what you are
doing is truly satisfying to you, as a long-term pursuit.
If you really love your niche, but can't see a way to
increase your business doing what you do now, get help.
Brainstorm with other people, even if they're not in your
line of work. There can be some surprising insights from
people who don't have your preconceived notions about how
    to do what you do.

Solid financial and legal counseling can prevent problems
from cropping up, and minimize weaknesses and threats to
your business. You may have done everything on your own to
start your business, but as soon as you can afford it, get
your bookkeeping, taxes and legal exposure looked at by
professionals. Lawyers and accountants can be the key to
you taking your business to the next level. Not having them
on your team can mean real trouble, if you're doing
something wrong and don't know it.

Regular reviews of your business, away from the daily tasks
you may be doing, can give you a perspective on your
operation that may not occur to you while you're slaving
away. The time you spend looking at the big picture helps
relieve the eyestrain caused by staring at a computer
    screen all day long, too!

    Yours in profits,

    Scot Standke - Founder
    www.NicheAday.com
