Smart Web Construction & The Right Domain

course to be of help. Were starting to get into solid
tips, tactics and strategies that I use each time I launch
a site Isyaias. These methods are tried, tested and they
work.

Several days ago I spoke about helping people out ...

Today I want to talk about those keywords, they are
the backbone of any marketing campaign and what I
call "smart site construction".

The goal is always traffic, but more than that we want
very targeted traffic from folks searching the major
search engines.

Each new site I launch starts with extensive keyword
and niche marketing research. The goal is to find a
grouping of keyword phrases that are commerical.
Either based on a product or a service. If you
remember I have created a f.ree video and have listed

You can refer to the above page when you need to do
your research online.

I first like to search for a two or three word phrase
that has at least ten daily searches (free wordtracker tool).
Furthermore the phrase shuld also have a fair amount of
advisters compitition and an bid estimate above
50 cents.

Keyword phrases that meet this criteria are profitable niches
to be in and are making folks money.

Step two is to find out if the search term is available
as a domain name.

I only buy the following extensions:

.com
.net
.org
.info
.us
.biz

I try to b.uy domains as listed above, the first choice being
the .com, second choice being .net ... ect
I also never b.uy domain names with hyphens ...

Ever see a large company online with a hyphenated domain name?

Google.com
Yahoo.com
Buy.com
BestBuy.com
Cj.com
BuyCostumes.com
ect ...

No - so with that I stay away from hyphenated domains.

* Note if you already have a hyphenated domain it is not
an issue. Their are many factors which make up rankings.
This is simply recommended advice when buying a *new*
domain name.

If I can find a domain name that meets all the above factors
I pick up the domain name and start the process of launching
a mini site based on the domain name "phrase".

Below I have outlined some keyword phrases that
will meet all the criteria listed on this page, if your
able to find a domain name based on one of these keyword phrases
you could stand to make some nice money during the spring
and summer months!

- electric lawn mower - 189 Daily Searches
- lawn mower parts - 520 Daily Searches
- mulching lawn mower - 87 Daily Searches
- commercial lawn mower - 54 Daily Searches
- lawn mower blades - 178 Daily Searches
- riding lawn mowers - 267 Daily Searches
- used lawn mower - 72 Daily Searches
- robotic lawn mower - 20 Daily Searches

Note this data was gathered in October, if you
check these results on the f.ree wordtracker tool
in Febuary expect very different results.

As you can see there are lots of searches for
lawn mower related prod.ucts, I am sure we could further
analize the above results to find the perfect
search term to target.

I several days we will continue to "digg" for that
perfect term to base a m.oney making niche website
