How to Get Rich In Your Referral Niche

Isyaias,

If you'd like to start a true referral explosion, then
you'll want to implement this referral strategy.

This strategy does NOT force, coerce, incentive, or
even motivate people to refer your business.

What is DOES do is position your business in such a way
so that super high quality referrals will come
"naturally" to you.

This strategy is called the "Get Rich in the Niche"
referral strategy and is based off the idea that "birds
of a feather, flock together..and talk together!"

What I'm talking about is marketing your product or
service to a very specific "niche."

People in the same niche talk to each other. Word
travels extremely fast in a niche.

People in the same niche...

1. Attend the same seminars and conventions

2. Read the same publications

3. Visit the same websites

4. Consume the same training

When one person in a niche "discovers" how great you
and your products or services are, they will start
telling every one they know in their niche about you
and what you have to offer.

Remember this...

"The most referred professionals, are those that
target a specific niche and give people in that
niche something exciting to talk about!"

What Is a Niche?
___________________

A niche is a group of people that share the same
issues, concerns and problems. Basically, there are
four different types of niches.

1. Geographic Niche

A geographic niche is a group of people that all live
in the same area such as a city, town, or neighborhood.
There are a lot businesses that cater to local areas
such as chiropractors, insurance agents, realtors and
retail stores. 90% of their business comes from within
three to five miles of their business location.

In fact, realtors have a name for marketing to a
geographic location. It's called "farming." When a
realtor "farms" a neighborhood, their objective is to
become the most well known and referred real estate
professional in that neighborhood.

2. Psychographic Niche

A psychographic niche is a group of people who are
passionate about a specific thing. For instance,
golfers would be a psychographic niche. Avid golfers
are usually irrationable buyers because they are crazy
about the sport of gold and will spend lots of money on
most anything that will give them the "edge" in their
golf game.

3. Demographic Niche

A demographic niche is based on a people who share
similar personal characteristics (or demographic
profile). For instance, a demographic niche would be
all women who are between the ages of 35-40 whose
household income is between $75,000 and $100,000 and
are over 5ft. 7in. and under 130 pounds.

4. Occupational Niche

These are people who share the same occupation. For
instance, lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, pool
builders etc. People who in the same occupation share
common problems and issues in their lives. It's a big
deal because these people spend eight hours a day or
more dealing with these same issues and problems.

People who are in the same niche are bees in a beehive.
They talk a lot to eachother about things that affect
their life in their niche. That's why marketing to a
niche is an excellent referral strategy. When
something worth talking about happens to someone, some
of the first people they tell are those in their own
niche.

Word travels very fast in a niche, which produces what
I call "natural referrals." When you sell to people in
a specific niche, you create your own naturally viral
referral force!

How to Pick the Right Niche for Your Product or Service
______________________________________________________

There are certain characteristics that make some niches
better than others for your product or service. Here
are a five questions to think about when selecting a
niche:

1. Can you easily and affordably contact that niche?

2. Does the niche have a very bad problem that you can
elegantly solve?

3. Is your niche already spending money to solve that
problem?

4. Is there excessive competition in that niche for
your product or service?

5. Are there many ways for your niche to congregate and
talk to each other?

A very simple and easy way to pick a niche is to look
at your customer base and see who is already buying
your products and services.

Is there a trend? Are there specific groups of people
that tend to naturally buy your product?

If there is a natural group already buying your
products or services, then they are great candidates
for your niche marketing referral efforts.

How to Quickly Roll Out Your Niche Marketing Referral
Strategy
_______________________________________________________

Here is a step-by-step plan for rolling out your niche
referral strategy.

STEP 1 - Review your database for three customers or
clients in the same inudustry who purchased your
product or service.

STEP 2 - Contact those three people and ask them if
they will give you a testimonial that you can use in
your marketing efforts.

STEP 3 - Go to InfoUSA.com and buy a list of all the
people in that industry in your local area.

STEP 4 - Create a few greeting cards with an offer that
include the three testimonials of the people that are
in the same industry.

These are called "testimonial cards."

STEP 5 - Send a sequence of mailers to the list you
acquired from InfoUSA.com giving details of how your
product or service has already worked for the three
people in their industry.

STEP 6 - When you acquire a new customer from that
industry, get their testimonial, create a mailer, and
send it out to your list again.

Once you send out your initial mailers and continue to
send them out from satisfied customers in your niche,
you will see people start to talk about you in the
niche.

Before you know it. you'll be amazed at just how fast
and frequent your product or service will be referred
between the people in your niche.

I wish you the best of success in all your
referral marketing efforts.
